#ThursdayLearnDay

In addition to creating robotic toys and a fun play experience for customers, one of Sphero's main goals is to use its technology to educate. The design of the original and subsequent Sphero robotic balls uses a sophisticated array of accelerometers, sensors, and gyroscopic technology to move the product via finger motions on a device that has a Bluetooth connection. With today's younger generation growing up using devices from a young age, Sphero has sought to make the robotics and software behind the product more transparent and interactive. By creating apps that teach coding lessons to control the ball, Sphero has made a strong name for itself in the STEAM community and in the classroom.

Thursday Learn Day is a campaign of weekly content aimed at reaching teachers, students, and kids with access to Sphero in order to share lessons and applications in which Sphero can be used to teach in an interactive and engaging way. As Sphero's EDU focus grew to have a greater following, an emphasis was placed on this campaign as a way to engage with the education community. I created this illustration to update and enhance an existing email format we had been using for a while.
